Bookkeeper

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our well know and established firm. In this vital role, you will manage and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections Prepare journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger in Quickbooks Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to verify accuracy of financial data Process payroll accurately while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and supporting documentation for audits or management review Maintain organized records of all financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and transaction logs Review and make management vendor payments Requirements Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role with strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards Proficiency in QuickBooks Experience with payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable management Ability to analyze financial data using spreadsheets and accounting systems effectively Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Join us if you’re passionate about maintaining precise financial records that support organizational success!
