Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (100% in office) Reports to: Controller / CFO About the Role NextPlay Jobs is happy to be supporting a well‑established, mission‑driven organization seeking a hands‑on Bookkeeper to manage core accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning their work, values accuracy, and has already built a solid foundation in bookkeeping within a professional environment. This position is best suited for someone who has personally managed key accounting processes , rather than supported them in a limited or transactional capacity. Required Experience This role requires direct, hands‑on experience in the following areas: Managing a Purchase Order (PO) system (creating, tracking, matching, resolving discrepancies) QuickBooks experience (QuickBooks Online strongly preferred) Accounts Receivable (invoicing, posting payments, follow‑up) General Ledger experience (journal entries, reconciliations, debits/credits) If your background does not include each of these, this role will not be the right fit - and that’s okay.
