Bookkeeper job at 5TH HQ. Tamarac, FL. We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Coordinator / Bookkeeper to support daily accounting and inventory tasks using QuickBooks Online. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, working closely with operations and leadership. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year Responsibilities Manage customer invoices and apply payments Track past‑due accounts and basic AR reports Process vendor invoices and track payments Receive inventory in the system and match to purchase orders Check quantities and pricing against invoices Record daily accounting transactions in QuickBooks Online Support billing and inventory questions from operations and sales Prepare basic weekly reports and assist with month‑end close Coordinate with the company’s external CPA Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (students welcome) Experience using QuickBooks Online required Strong attention to detail and organization Good communication and time‑management skills Comfortable working with numbers and data Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook #J-18808-Ljbffr
