We are seeking experienced professionals for a variety of roles that support our Knowledge Hunt programs and online educational offerings. Knowledge Hunt Curator & Game Host JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning, implementing, and overseeing curriculum in conjunction with our Knowledge Hunt Game activities. Supervising and coordinating parents & other teachers. Attending community events and maintaining relationships with member parents and local business partners. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent management, organization, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills. Experience contacting and working with local businesses. Prior principal or director experience required. Familiar with online education programs. Familiar with Microsoft office tools & Zoom. Plan & host KnowledgeHunt games at local parks, museums, zoos or other attractions & events. These games are mostly for kids 3-10 years old. But we also host games for adults or seniors with age-appropriate content. Some games need to be hosted on-site; others can be hosted from home. Work with content editors to finalize game content & rewards. Take photos & videos for these games. Content Editor for Knowledge Hunt Games JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with game host & other editors to come up with Knowledge Hunt Game content for local parks, museums, zoos, or other attractions & events. These games are mostly for kids 3-10 years old. But we also hose games for adults or seniors with age-appropriate content. Draft the Help & FAQs for KnowledgeHunt Games. Take photos and videos for these games. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field. Must have very good written and verbal skills, and communication skills. Self-motivated with a very positive attitude. Familiar with microsoft office tools. Prior teaching experience for kids 3-10 years old. Video editing experience a plus. Online Teacher – Preschool (3–5 years old) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach our online classes to kids 3-5 years old. Each class is 30 minutes. We have ready curriculum, but each teacher can add their own content. We will cover reading, phonics, motors skills, emotions, good manner & habits. Speaking & communications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be passionate about inspiring children and parents alike to learn and grow, be energetic, creative and nurturing. Must be a lead teacher in a Preschool/Elementary School for at least 2 years. Must have a BS degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields. Must be communicative. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Zoom. Online Teacher – Elementary (6–10 years old) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach our online classes to kids 6-10 years old. Each class is 60 minutes. We have ready curriculum, but each teacher can add their own content. We will teach kids making ebooks based on different themes, so that they can improve their writing, vocabulary, & public speaking skills. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be passionate about inspiring children and parents alike to learn and grow, be energetic, creative and nurturing. Must be a lead teacher in an Elementary School for at least 2 years. Must have a BS degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields. Must be communicative. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Zoom Online Science Teacher – Elementary (6–10 years old) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach our online science classes to kids 6-10 years old. This will include copy for our ongoing email campaigns, direct mail postcards and brochures and our corporate Website. Proofread our daily publication and printed materials. outbound emails. Website copy edits and updates Contact local businesses and advertisers for our website, mobile app and printed materials, Perform follow-up calls to close the sale. Develop and execute marketing strategies for advertising, circulation and web campaigns. Manage assigned projects and take ownership of these projects handling from inception to completion. These projects will include, the company's website, video, collateral, database, advertising and circulation. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years experience in similar or related role (direct marketing a plus) Media/publishing industry experience a plus Excellent written and verbal skills Customer service oriented Organized with attention to detail Self-motivated with a positive attitude Position is part time or full-time. HR Generalist – Knowledge Hunt Core Responsibilities: Assist with on-boarding new hires, including offer letter processing, start day coordination, processing benefits and new hire paperwork. Team with our Benefits Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of KnowleKids’s benefit programs. Advise and assist fellow teammates in all depts. on company procedures. Administer immigration process and prepare immigration filings. Participate in developing & improving HR department systems, possibly even our sound system. Take on projects as needed such as researching more efficient ways to do what we’re doing, coordinating internship programs, and owning safety training. Requirements: 3 - 5 years' experience in the core HR functions above. Experience handling employee benefits. Bachelor’s degree (major or coursework in HR preferred). Demonstration of strong organizational skills (i.e. proof of prior projects). Ability to present to large number of employees (50+) and interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Understanding of federal and state employment laws pertaining to employment. Experience with HRIS systems a plus. Prior experience in a fast paced, high growth start up environment preferred. Community Education Program Manager – Kids 3-10 Years Old Qualifications & Required Skills Excellent management, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills Ability to write curriculum, and craft clear, concise and compelling content from scratch. Excellent skills in written, verbal and visual communication Advanced computer skills required in Microsoft Office software programs Ability to pass California background check and fingerprinting as necessary to work with children Self-Motivated Experience & Education: Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with administration and teaching experience for kids 3-10 years old. At least four years of teaching experience in a licensed child care center, preschool or kindergarten.
