The ideal candidate should have accounting experience for a company in the $5M - $10M size range. Responsibilities Provide full accounting expertise, including AR Collections. Reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and cash position reporting. Process accounting through QuickBooks. Enhance billing, revenue recognition and costing functions and internal controls with proven process improvement skills. Prepare financial, billing, and job reports. Strong Quick Books knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, inventory, journal entries and financial reporting. Overtime availability is expected. Requirements Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting required. Experience in B2B construction or service‑related industries required. 3–5 years of proven Accounting and business administration experience. Full charge Bookkeeping experience preferred. Experience in the $5M - $10M company size range preferred. High level of competency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF Stmts) is required. High level of competency in QuickBooks is required. Excellent communication skills to include written, grammatical, and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive personnel matters.
