Network Real Estate Specialist - III

Duration: 24 Months Type: Contract Pay Rate: $53.81/hr. on W2 Additional Notes Target Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in Telecom Project Management, Network Real Estate, Wireless Deployment, or In-Building Wireless Infrastructure . Project Focus: Manage inbound colocation (colo) and Neutral Host DAS projects from end-to-end, including application, contract execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, compliance, deployment, and project closeout ("cradle to grave"). Required Experience: Hands-on experience supporting Neutral Host DAS, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), macro cell deployments, small cell, or wireless infrastructure projects . Industry Experience: Prior experience working with large venues, stadiums, arenas, airports/passenger terminals, hospitals, universities/campus environments, convention centers, or other enterprise in-building wireless deployments is highly preferred. Project Management: Strong experience managing vendors, project schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams while driving projects to successful completion. Real Estate & Regulatory: Experience with site acquisition, leasing, zoning, permitting, landlord negotiations, and regulatory compliance is required. Telecom Tools: Experience with FUZE is a strong plus. Communication: Candidate must be comfortable leading deployment calls, status meetings, and coordinating with engineering, construction, real estate, and operations teams . Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, multitasking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Preferred Background: Experience supporting major wireless carriers, telecom OEMs, tower companies, system integrators, or neutral host providers is highly desirable. Job duties: You will be the SME POC and liaison that supports inbound colocations from application through contract execution including processing inbound applications, reconciling and managing national database for your assigned markets, searching and compiling costs, design reviewing contracts for accuracy and obtaining necessary approvals while reaching deliverables. Partnering with cross functional business and financial leads in Operations, Network, Finance, Legal, Submarkets, and Accounts Receivable to report on projects statuses and deliverables Responsibilities: Drive Inbound Colocation projects to completion on Verizon owned Neutral Host Distributed Antenna Systems (NHDAS) in stadiums, venues, campuses, airports, and hospitals. Track vendor performance ensuring project trackers are updated conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental and regulatory compliance policies. Will be required to work in multiple systems. Experience with VZ databases such as Fuze is a plus. Participate in deployment calls with markets, vendors, third parties and project team. Insure that all parties are aware of project status. Experience with VZ databases such as Fuze. Strong Google Workspace tools Word and Excel. Partner with peers across the organization to align on delivery dates and project status. Ability to manage and execute competing tasks and multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and flex with changing business needs. Research background information related to contact/project issues, gathers records and files and puts information together.
