Network Real Estate Specialist

Payrate: $50.00–$53.81/hr. Summary You will be the SME, POC and liaison that supports inbound colocations from application through contract execution, including processing inbound applications, reconciling and managing a national database for your assigned markets, searching and compiling costs, designing and reviewing contracts for accuracy, and obtaining necessary approvals while reaching deliverables. You will partner with cross‑functional business and finance leads in Operations, Network Finance, Legal, Submarkets, and Accounts Receivable to report on projects, statuses, and deliverables. Responsibilities Drive inbound colocation projects to completion on client‑owned Neutral Host Distributed Antenna Systems (NHDAS) in stadiums, venues, campuses, airports, and hospitals. Track vendor performance and ensure all project trackers are updated, complying with leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies. Work across multiple systems to manage project data. Participate in deployment calls with markets, vendors, third parties, and the project team. Ensure all parties are aware of project status. Manage project budgets. Conduct deployment calls and manage scheduling. Must Have Skills Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, able to work independently, accurately prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions, and drive aggressive timelines. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize data and develop recommendations. Manage and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and provide status updates. Ability to analyze, negotiate, structure, prepare, and present risk assessment and analysis. Experience with telecommunication databases such as Fuze. Strong Google Workspace tools, Word, and Excel proficiency. Partner with peers across the organization to align on delivery dates and project status. Ability to manage and execute competing tasks and multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain strong attention to detail. Ability to multi‑task and flex with changing business needs. Research background information related to contract/project issues, gather records, and compile information. Desired Skills Strong database management skills. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree. 5–7 years of experience. Benefits and Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $50.00–$53.81/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
