Strategic Merchandising & Sourcing Director

2nd Swing, Inc. is seeking a Director of Merchandising to own end-to-end sourcing, vendor negotiations, and assortment planning. You will lead a team of buying professionals, manage the category budget, and drive margin performance across the portfolio. You will build analytics, establish KPI frameworks, and lead cross-functional projects from scope through launch.
