Executive Corporate Paralegal

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a publicly traded company recognized for its market leadership and established global presence. The organization is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support executive legal leadership and its legal department.

This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance, board support, securities compliance, commercial transactions, and legal operations. The position works closely with senior executives, business stakeholders, and outside counsel.

The role provides a diverse mix of corporate governance, compliance, legal operations, and executive support responsibilities. It includes regular interaction with senior leadership, outside counsel, and cross-functional stakeholders while supporting key legal and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance activities, including board and committee meetings, preparation of agendas, resolutions, minutes, and maintenance of corporate records.
• Assist with public company compliance matters, including securities filings, entity management, regulatory documentation, and corporate recordkeeping.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, transactional materials, and document version control, including redlines and execution processes.
• Coordinate with executives, business stakeholders, and outside counsel on legal projects, compliance initiatives, and strategic business matters while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience, including experience supporting a public company legal department or corporate/securities law practice.
• Experience supporting senior legal leadership, including a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or executive legal team.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, board support, entity management, and public company compliance obligations.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms, with exceptional attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
