MAU is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Richmond, VA. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support on-site recruitment operations for MAU’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) client, Altria, by coordinating candidate interviews, managing job postings, facilitating onboarding, and maintaining recruiting reports while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Required Education and Experience

Essential Functions 

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with customer HR, operations, and business leaders while providing secondary support to the Talent Acquisition Leader for positions within scope 
• Post, update, and maintain job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors and external job boards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and customer policies 
• Coordinate and distribute interview materials and candidate information to hiring teams 
• Schedule and manage candidate interviews to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience 
• Prepare and distribute employment offer documentation in accordance with customer and company policies 
• Coordinate candidate disposition activities and maintain timely communication throughout the recruitment process 
• Administer post-fill and post-hire feedback surveys to measure candidate and hiring manager satisfaction and identify continuous improvement opportunities 
• Coordinate education, employment, and criminal background screenings through approved third-party vendors 
• Schedule and coordinate pre-employment physicals, drug screenings, and other onboarding requirements with Occupational Health and customer stakeholders 
• Communicate onboarding details, employment requirements, and first-day instructions to new hires to ensure a smooth transition into employment 
• Participate in new hire onboarding activities, orientations, plant tours, and employee engagement initiatives 
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly customer talent acquisition meetings as needed 
• Assist with maintaining recruiting reports, operational metrics, and recruitment performance data 
• Participate in weekly and monthly MAU operational, leadership, and talent acquisition meetings 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance recruitment processes and service delivery 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Work Environment and Physical Demands 

• Work in a professional office environment with routine use of computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and other standard office equipment 
• Maintain an on-site presence to support recruitment activities and daily service delivery commitments 
• Occasionally work at customer sites in administrative and manufacturing environments 
• Potential exposure to process manufacturing equipment and heavy industrial vehicles while visiting customer facilities
