Work Environment\n

This position will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still actively engaging with clients through virtual consultations. You will maintain a consistent schedule within regular business hours, typically from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, although occasional evenings and weekends may be necessary to accommodate client appointments and ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing clients, developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress in a timely and organized manner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, engaging in case discussions and peer review sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment strategies, and community resources, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.
