This position is primarily remote, allowing you to effectively manage your work-life balance while still connecting with clients from the comfort of your home. While our outpatient office is based in Fort Collins, our reach extends to clients across various geographic locations. You will have access to the latest technology and secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring that you can efficiently document sessions and track client progress.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients through individual sessions to assess their mental health status and identify specific areas needing support.

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that cater to the individual needs of clients, incorporating their feedback to ensure optimal treatment plans.

• Facilitate regular follow-up appointments, offering ongoing guidance, coping strategies, and adjustments to treatment plans as needed to track and enhance client progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, to provide integrated care and refer clients for additional services when necessary, such as medication management.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation reflecting therapy sessions, client progress, and any changes in treatment strategies, ensuring compliance with practice standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in emerging therapeutic techniques and culturally responsive practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, managing cases that include mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Our clients range from adolescents facing developmental challenges to adults seeking support for chronic mental health issues. Tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the varied cultural backgrounds and life experiences of clients is essential, creating an inclusive space where every individual feels valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health services.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and proficient in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations while providing compassionate support.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual compensation between $80,000 and $100,000. In addition to a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, you will also receive a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
