HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist

Goodman Manufacturing is seeking a Shared Services Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations in a manufacturing environment. The role covers onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations and HRIS data management, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. You will assist with policy implementation, maintain payroll records, manage garnishments, coordinate PTO and anniversary payouts, and support audits to ensure compliance with federal and #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodman Manufacturing
