Solution Architect

Location: Onsite 3 days a week in Exton, PA. The contract is 6-12 months then they will convert FTE with the client (they cannot sponsor).

• Can architect complete solutions
• Not just superficial knowledge, but deep technical expertise

• Can create entire analytics platform footprint
• Able to work with vendors
• Guide development processes
• Step in and fix technical issues when needed
• Understand complex analytics requirements

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Retail or Finance sector
• Deep understanding of complex business processes
• Expertise in: Accounting processes, P&L analysis, comprehensive business intelligence

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Solution Architect with deep expertise in data analytics platforms and Retail/financial domain knowledge. This role requires a strong understanding of complex data landscapes, solution design, and architecture for integrating data from multiple platforms and presenting it effectively to business users. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with business acumen to deliver robust, scalable solutions for Enterprise wide Advance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end solutions for data integration, transformation, and visualization across multiple platforms.
• Define and implement best practices for data ingestion, modeling, and reporting.
• Work extensively with Snowflake and other data platforms to design efficient data pipelines.
• Good knowledge on Data governance – Data Catalog, Data quality
• Design Data Product and Data Exchange and Data Sharing
• Integrate data from diverse sources (ERP, Multiple SaaS platforms, APIs) into a unified analytics environment.
• Collaborate with various business teams, primarily finance and accounting, Field Service and Sales/Marketing teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and articulate solution designs to stakeholders.
• Review and guide code development, ensuring adherence to standards and optimal performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teams on best practices.
• Implement reporting solutions using Oracle Analytics, Qlik, or similar visualization tools.
• Deliver dashboards and reports for financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years in data analytics, solution architecture, and financial domain (retail or financial industry).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Oracle Analytics, Qlik, and data integration tools.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and API-based integrations.
• Solid knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial planning processes.
• Ability to engage in business conversations and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
