Human Resource Specialist The Human Resource Specialist will be exposed to all human resources procedures and assist with tasks throughout all areas of the HR department. The main duties include providing benefit and policy administrative support to employees, assisting the HR manager, and aiding with payroll processing functions. Responsibilities Answer the phone – Reception Desk for the corporate office / answer benefit and payroll questions. Continuously monitor emails and respond in a timely manner. Maintain administrative record keeping of all benefits. Administer yearly required HR reports. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Prepare and mail out new hire packets. Handle employee relations issues. File and mail year‑end documents. Process payroll and payroll tax. Reconcile benefit billing with participant enrollment. Requirements High school completion. Two years of Human Resource experience. Basic computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel. Strong respect for the rights and confidentiality of others. High‑level organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow and develop processes. Affability and punctuality. Problem‑solving skills. Strong communication skills. Preferred Requirements Experience with Canva Software. Digital platform skills. Benefits Group medical, vision, and dental insurance.
