A growing industrial services company is seeking a Recruiting & HR Administrator to support its hiring and human resources operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding top talent while ensuring HR processes are completed accurately and in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
• Provide administrative support for HR and recruiting functions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and documentation
• Support additional HR initiatives and office administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, or office administration preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
