Customer Service Representative Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, handling inbound calls, inquiries, and service requests.
• Coordinate service scheduling, verify completed services, and conduct follow-up communications.
• Create, manage, and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and service tickets within the company's internal software system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and seamless customer experiences.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Participate in an emergency call rotation approximately one week per month.
• Support daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate records and effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in call center, hospitality, construction, facilities management, or related industries preferred.
• Associate degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows-based systems.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience navigating multiple software platforms and screens simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
