Accounts Payable Associate | Full time | Temp-to-Hire
Monday - Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm
Fully On-Site | Parsippany, NJ area
Responsibilities:
- Monitor expense payables handled by an automated system
- Process purchase orders
- Correct errors
- Resolve discrepancies
- Complete account reconciliations
- Respond to inquiries from Product Supply and vendors
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- SAP experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- A team player
- Strong oral and written communication skills
