Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting environment and manage the recruiting process from approved requisition through preemployment processing and onboarding. This position will work closely with hiring managers HR team to ensure positions move through the recruiting process efficiently and that all required steps and documentation are completed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information. This person should be able to work independently, follow through on multiple open requisitions, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate the recruitment process from approved requisition through offer and preemployment processing, including posting positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, facilitating offer approvals, and ensuring timely completion of required hiring steps. Manage multiple open requisitions and candidates simultaneously, prioritizing competing deadlines and ensuring the recruiting process continues to move forward. Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, communicate candidate status, and provide support throughout the hiring process. Prepare offer letters and coordinate required offer approvals and pre-employment documentation. Coordinate pre-employment background investigations and provide required documentation for processing. Maintain accurate applicant records, reports, and logs to support applicant flow procedures and recruiting compliance. Act as a liaison between hiring managers and third-party staffing agencies to support the subcontractor employment cycle. Respond to inbound communications, including HR email inbox inquiries and requests from employees, managers, and candidates. Answer routine questions regarding standard HR and recruiting processes and procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related HR experience required. Experience managing a high volume of requisitions and candidates in a fast-paced Demonstrated ability to manage the recruiting process from requisition approval through offer and pre-employment processing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee and candidate information with discretion and professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, staffing agencies, and members of the HR team. Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and follow through to completion. Experience working with an applicant tracking system and/or HRIS preferred. Government contracting experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
