Are you passionate about people, highly organized, and ready to build your career in Human Resources? We're looking for a motivated HR Assistant for a 6-month assignment and support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Organizing personnel, medical, and attendance files
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
- Preparing HR reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Assisting employees with HR-related questions and requests
- Coordinating meetings, including room setup and catering arrangements
- Tracking vacation requests and employee attendance
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
- Supporting compliance initiatives, including SQF Food Safety requirements
- Serving as a backup to the HR Manager when needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of HR experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS systems (iCIMS, UKG, Workday, or similar) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
