ProForce Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Skilled Labor Construction Recruiter to help build exceptional teams for commercial and residential construction projects. What You'll Do

Source and recruit qualified skilled trades professionals, including:
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- Pipefitters
- Carpenters
- Welders
- HVAC Technicians
- Equipment Operators
- General Laborers
Post job openings on ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trade candidates.
Verify certifications, qualifications, and employment history.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Partner with project managers and clients to meet staffing needs.
Track recruiting activity using an applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience , preferably in construction, skilled trades, or industrial staffing.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with online job boards and social media recruiting.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
