Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join our team of talented professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent. In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams, and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best‑in‑class recruitment shop. Roles and Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and business groups or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing our talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.) Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs Qualifications 2+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting required 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, client management, research, and sourcing preferred At least 1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment Ability to use innovative techniques to source and attract diverse talent 2+ years of ATS experience Proficient in G Suite and MS Excel Influential communicator, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs/produce results.
