Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially serving elementary populations
• Strong skills collaborating with educators, families, and fellow specialists
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassion, creativity, and a commitment to student well-being

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide both individual and group interventions to support student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to facilitate student success
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Engage in IEP development and actively participate in review meetings
• Promote an inclusive, positive, and supportive school environment for all learners
