Step into an exciting opportunity this upcoming school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working 20 hours per week on a contract basis with the flexibility of a 0.5 FTE schedule. This assignment is anticipated to be at an elementary campus within a vibrant learning community, providing the chance to make a difference in the lives of young students.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with educators and families to support students’ communication development, helping them achieve their greatest potential. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Genuine interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Advise and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams
