Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Passion for working with elementary-aged students and supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based therapy services for students with communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive support for each student
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in line with school and district policies
• Support educational staff through consultation and training on communication strategies
• Engage in parent meetings, eligibility determinations, and IEP meetings as needed
