Role Overview The Head of Marketing leads brand strategy, demand generation, and content initiatives to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Include Defining and owning the company's narrative, messaging, and category positioning. Building demand systems across content, paid campaigns, events, and partnerships. Creating content such as case studies, product stories, and thought leadership to convert audiences. Managing launches, webinars, executive dinners, and industry collaborations. Transforming campaigns into scalable, compound systems. Overseeing agencies, contractors, and initial marketing hires. Owning LinkedIn distribution as a key competitive advantage. Aligning marketing efforts with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to influence pipeline. Utilizing AI tools to enhance execution and efficiency. Setting strategy and personally executing key work. Qualifications & Skills Experience in early-stage growth and ownership of marketing functions. Deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and founder-led GTM strategies. Autonomous with the ability to develop and implement plans independently. Strong judgment in content distribution and building systems over campaigns. High agency, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguity. Fast executor with clear communication skills. Key Traits Proactive, impact-focused, and results-driven.
