Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they align with individual and family needs.
\n
• Monitor client progress and evaluate outcomes, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to adjust strategies as necessary.
\n
• Engage families by providing emotional support and evidenced-based practices to enhance their child's developmental goals.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to support families effectively.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding mental health treatment and care.
\n
• Build and sustain trusting relationships with clients and families to promote a nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.
\n
• Deliver training and resources to families to empower them in enhancing their child's development.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and families receiving services through our detox center. You will work with young children, particularly infants and toddlers, experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your work will be critical in guiding them through foundational learning experiences, helping them achieve essential physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
\n
• You must hold a current license from the Department of Public Health and have an LCSW designation.
\n
• Possession of a valid driver's license is necessary for travel when required.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience working within early intervention settings specifically with children is essential.
\n
• Proficiency in adapting to diverse learning styles to cater to the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Commitment to and experience with Natural Learning Environment Practices is highly desirable.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
