• Experience working with K-12 students, preference given to those with a background in special education support
• Ability to work effectively both in group settings and one-on-one with students
• Candidates should indicate their caseload preference: elementary, middle, or high school
• Onsite presence preferred, but strong, experienced candidates may be considered for virtual opportunities

Role Responsibilities:

• Implement social work interventions to support special education students in small groups or individualized settings
• Engage in case management and create data-driven plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, educational staff, and families to ensure a coordinated approach to student support
• Participate in IEP meetings, complete assessments, and advocate for student success
