Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Current Minnesota school psychologist license through PELSB
• Dedication to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service delivery
• Proficient in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health supports

Preferred Experience:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
• Background providing consultation and intervention support within an MTSS framework
• Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills
• Experience with crisis prevention and mental health support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of special education laws and compliance
• Previous success in urban and multicultural educational settings

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
• Design and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
• Serve as a key consultant to staff and parents on educational and mental health issues
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention activities as required
• Participate in special education eligibility and planning meetings
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
