Make a lasting impact supporting K-12 students as a dedicated School Psychologist in the Lakeville, MN area! This contract opportunity offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time in-person professionals, as well as select hybrid candidates. Typical work hours align with the school day, running from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Leverage your expertise to provide a broad range of school-based psychological services, supporting students’ academic achievement, social-emotional development, and overall well-being. The role focuses primarily on K-12, without early childhood assignments expected.

Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB-issued)
• Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service delivery
• Proven skills in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health support

Preferred Experience:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
• Experience with consultation and intervention within an MTSS framework
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and adult-learning support abilities
• Knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and recovery strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse groups
• Full understanding of federal/state special education law and compliance
• Successful background working in urban and multicultural education settings
