Job Summary
A growing company in the residential and commercial HVAC industry is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll/HR Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Corona, CA. This role is ideal for an organized payroll professional with hands-on ADP experience who enjoys accuracy, confidentiality, and supporting employees in a fast-paced office environment. The Payroll/HR Administrator will play an important role in processing payroll, maintaining employee documentation, supporting onboarding, and assisting with HR administrative functions. Key Responsibilities - Process payroll accurately and on time using ADP.- Review completed payroll work, identify discrepancies, and assist with payroll corrections.
- Prepare weekly payroll reports and complete weekly and monthly payroll reconciliations.
- Maintain confidential payroll, HR, and employee records with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and coordinate new hire onboarding packets and employee documentation.
- Support HR administrative tasks, high-volume data entry projects, and general office clerical needs. Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Corona, CA.
