Detailed Job Description
Application Infrastructure Dashboard Monitoring and Initiating Incident Management process. Business impact assessment in cooperation with support teams and end users as appropriate Conduct and drive SWAT conference call and screen sharing session for ALL major incidents capturing the details Engagement of proper support resources in a timely manner Escalation both technical and functional per major incident process swim lane process guide
Top 3 Responsibilities You Would Expect The Subcon To Shoulder And Execute:
- Data recording in CIA SharePoint as required
- Management reporting email other as per the current SMC CIA reporting system
- Good communication, Team handling, P1 P2 incidents handling
