ITIL Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta Rate: DOE $/hr. Position Type: contract Interview Process: Phone Followed by F2F
US Citizen, Green Card and GC EAD
Job Description:
- This specific position is responsible for the functional and process requirements to provide documentation using the ITIL standards for computer support process and transitioning this documentation from Windows 7 operating system to the Windows 10 OS.
- Position is expected to deliver a workbook/catalog along with work instructions of all support functions.
- Position will work closely with support staff to gather requirements and processes to be delivered as part of the catalog.
- This position reports to the Infrastructure team Supervisor responsible for end user computers and all levels of computer support.
- This position works under the guidance of a project manager from the Infrastructure department.
