Standards Development Coordinator

Remote Contract Opportunity within the US - supporting EST business hours 12+ Month Engagement Overview Seeking a highly organized professional to support standards development initiatives within a regulated and highly technical environment. This role combines document management, technical writing, meeting coordination, stakeholder support, and project administration. The ideal candidate has experience working with detailed, document-driven processes and is comfortable reviewing, redlining, formatting, and maintaining highly technical or regulatory documentation while supporting multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Attend meetings and capture detailed meeting minutes, decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks. Draft clear and accurate meeting summaries and stakeholder communications. Review, edit, redline, compare, format, and maintain technical and regulatory documentation using established style guides. Assist with the development of process documentation, training materials, presentations, and supporting documentation. Maintain decision logs, project records, version histories, and document repositories. Coordinate schedules, meetings, communications, and activities across multiple stakeholders and teams. Support technical discussions involving engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, legal, and operational teams. Help maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across standards and documentation efforts. Required Experience Experience supporting standards, regulatory, compliance, legal, governance, documentation, project, or program initiatives. Strong experience reviewing, editing, redlining, formatting, comparing, and maintaining complex documents. Experience working from style guides, templates, formatting requirements, or document-control standards. Experience developing training materials, process documentation, presentations, or user-facing documentation. Experience supporting technical, compliance, legal, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, or regulatory teams. Experience capturing meeting minutes, documenting decisions, tracking action items, and preparing meeting summaries. Strong written communication and technical writing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
