Key Responsibilities: AP & AR Transactions – Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments Bank Reconciliations – Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Fixed Asset Management – Track acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules Journal Entries & General Ledger Support – Maintain financial integrity with accurate postings Month-End Closing – Assist with reconciliations and financial statement preparation Credit Card Expenditures – Analyze, record, and allocate expenses correctly Audit Support – Prepare financial documentation for external auditors Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Gather and analyze data to support decision-making Vendor & Customer Inquiries – Assist with financial transaction resolutions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in accounting (Consumer Products industry experience preferred) Proficiency in accounting software & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Candidate Connections
