In this full-time SLP role, you will work 33.75 hours per week serving students who benefit from your clinical expertise, compassion, and commitment to educational success. This position specifically seeks candidates who hold the CCC-SLP credential and takes pride in supporting the communication needs of diverse learners—including those who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and CCC-SLP certification required
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings (schools, CFY, healthcare, etc.) preferred
• Proficiency or exposure to American Sign Language (ASL) is highly preferred
• Background in working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and a flexible, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer assessments and deliver evidence-based speech/language therapy to students per their IEPs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers for comprehensive student support
• Develop individualized treatment plans and update progress records, ensuring compliance with all school and legal requirements
• Support and facilitate communication strategies, including alternative and augmentative communication where appropriate
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
