CNC Machinist 2nd ShiftWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who is proficient in loading parts, performing tool maintenance, and conducting final inspections of parts. This role does not require editing or programming skills.ResponsibilitiesSet up, run, and monitor computer-controlled turning or milling centers to produce high-tolerance OEM components.Load raw materials and execute machining cycles.Inspect finished parts using precision tools.Perform routine machine maintenance.Essential SkillsProficiency in CNC operations.Experience with vertical lathes.Ability to use micrometers and calipers.Additional Skills & QualificationsMachining Trade School or Technical Certification is a plus.2 to 5 years of experience in a job shop environment.Work EnvironmentWork in a job shop environment with a casual dress code, allowing jeans or work pants and t-shirts. Steel toe boots are required for safety.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
