Immediate need for a talented Administrative Assistant with experience in the Logistic Industry. This is a 6+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Rexburg, ID. Please review the job description below.
Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:
- General office duties may include like word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned.
- Administrative duties including answering the phone and helping customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
