Physical Therapist

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40.00

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient needs to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions utilizing appropriate treatment protocols and techniques.
• Oversee and supervise assigned therapy assistants.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and within deadlines.
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary approach to enhance patient care.
• Communicate care and discharge plans to appropriate parties.
