Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques to facilitate client progress.

• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing information on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Engage in integrated care collaboration, working alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive services.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continuously enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to foster teamwork and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, qualified applicants will receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus upon joining our team. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
