This position is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that focus on HVAC products, installation techniques, and customer service excellence. The trainer will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and relevant to current industry standards. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, the trainer will help improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the goal is to empower our distribution teams to effectively support our customers and drive sales growth in the HVAC sector.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC distribution or a related industry.
• Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC technology or related field.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and market trends.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs for HVAC distribution staff nationwide.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to ensure training content aligns with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to distribution teams to reinforce training concepts.
