Additional Information About the Role BJC is hiring for a Project Manager. This is a remote position, but looking for applicants in the St. Louis metro area. This role is within Clinical Engineering. Ideal applicant will have a minimum 2 years of experience in medical equipment planning. In Clinical Engineering our mission is to provide a team of empowered professionals delivering continued improvement in patient care and equipment planning & support technologies. The Clinical Engineering (Clinical Asset Management) team provides operational support and maintenance management of diagnostic, treatment, and patient support technologies, including medical equipment planned maintenance services, demand and corrective maintenance services, operational support for functions employing medical technology, risk management and EH&S functions, technology asset management, acquisition and disposal, maintenance contract management, and capital project planning and management. Role Purpose Manages small to mid‑size projects or sub‑projects and project teams to achieve engagement goals and reach successful business outcomes. Projects vary in size and duration but are limited in scope, complexity and quantity to ensure appropriate attention to project details. Performs tasks related to project scoping, planning, execution, analysis, tracking; change management; team facilitation; risk/issue identification and mitigation; stakeholder tollgates/reports; and assists in project management training consistent with PMI and PMBOK. Is responsible for managing deliverables from resources assigned to project tasks and maintaining team progress toward goals. Develops work breakdown structures, timelines, dependencies and milestones; manages functional and business development requirements; builds project approval and charter documents. Tracks and analyzes task completion, risks/issues, mitigation strategies, and schedule adjustments. Completes project reporting and dashboard documents to inform stakeholders and the project plan. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field. Experience: less than 2 years. Supervisor Experience: No experience. Preferred Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field. Experience: 2–5 years. Supervisor Experience: less than 2 years. Licenses & Certifications: PMI; Project Management Professional.
