Responsibilities Run pre-set warm leads without cold calling or door‑to‑door knocking. Self‑generate leads to earn extra commission. Attend all in‑person sales training and meetings. Benefits & Compensation High earning potential: most Sales Representatives earn an average of $80,000‑$120,000 in commission per year. Paid 3‑week training program to develop new skill set.
