Personal Lines Account Manager

Position Overview A growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. This is a newly created position due to agency growth. Location St. Petersburg, FL area Book / Team Structure Account managers oversee approximately $2,500,000-$3,000,000 in premium on a per-person basis (team total book around $10,000,000). Each account manager is supported by a junior account manager handling mid-term service work, a billing manager, and a centralized rating team that manages renewal re-rates - allowing for a built-in training pipeline. Systems Agency runs its AMS on Salesforce. Licensing / Experience Requirements 4-40 license required (minimum) 2-20 or 20-44 license preferred 2+ years of personal lines experience (agency or carrier background) Compensation Base salary: $60,000 Bonus: $15,000-$30,000 annually, based on book size, retention, and multi-line production Work Arrangement Open to in-office, hybrid, or remote depending on candidate qualifications.
