Network Innovations Program Manager, Primary Care Programs

Overview Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of innovation models and programs in primary care, from inception through sustainment, ensuring deliverables, KPIs, and operational improvements are consistently achieved. Serve as a cross‑functional connector building relationships across teams such as Network Contracting, Actuarial, and Data & Technology Services to drive program success and support portfolio leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8 years of experience in project and/or program management in healthcare, payment integrity, value‑based care, health‑care insurance operations or equivalent. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, develop recommendations, and create actionable plans. Excellent relationship‑building, consensus‑building, and conflict‑resolution skills. Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functionally at all organization levels. Experience independently defining, managing, and reporting on KPIs while identifying risks and barriers to deliverables. Strong facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to lead high‑profile programs. Ability to drive results through others by establishing controls, monitoring processes, and partnering with external vendors. Familiarity with value‑based care trends, healthcare industry terminology, and health‑plan operations. Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and support decision‑making (highly desired). Key Responsibilities Plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and ongoing innovations. Navigate and maintain stakeholder relationships, including vendor partnerships. Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives to ensure program goals are reached. Produce content and collateral to educate leadership, business partners, and stakeholders regarding program elements. Maintain a system for ongoing program reporting and assessment. Develop and communicate program documents, KPI reports, project plans, etc., to key stakeholders. Collaborate with portfolio leadership to develop monitoring and assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Recommend program and process changes as appropriate. Independently identify program opportunities, gaps, risks, issues, and process improvements. Compensation Base salary range: $111,000 – $150,700 (or $104,000 – $171,000). Bonus target: 15%.
