Analyst I/II Position Limited Term/12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or may become permanent. Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s). Effective July 1, 2025, specific Bargaining Units and associated Excluded State employees are subject to a salary reduction between 2% - 4.62% in exchange for hours in the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) per month. Under the general direction of the Supervisor I (Institutional Personnel Officer), the Analyst I/II is responsible for facilitating seamless personnel service for Folsom State Prison through the position allocation and appointment process. The incumbent performs with initiative and independence the more complex technical and analytical staff work as it relates to the institution's classification and pay, and personnel management functions, as well as provides advice and consultation to supervisors and managers.
