Strategic Partnerships Manager

What we beed... A Strategic Partnerships Manager to own the full revenue pipeline. Closing inbound demand, identifying strategic ventures, structuring agency partnerships and being the liaison to founders and marketers looking to us to be their creator marketing arm. You think like a marketer and founder, and know how to turn the tools we offer into a sizeable book of business. You’ve worked in enterprise SaaS or high level agency/service before,, get the creator economy, speak to brand marketers and execs on the regular, and know that sales is about solving problems, not selling B.S. This is a mid/senior individual contributor role for someone who's done it before, and we want to build a team around you. What You'll Do… Build strategic partnerships with platforms that should leverage our tech, agencies that want our deal flow, and brands spending millions on talent and creator partnerships. Drive the sales funnel. There’s not 20 person marketing team. You understand startup and are hungry to lead the sales GTM function as engineers and agents help you 100x your inbound leads to close 400% of quota. Work directly with the founder and product team to ensure daily customer feedback is turned into features and functions that can be sold to drive revenue growth. We are fast, and if an opportunity is big enough, we’ll attack it. What you've got... 3–5 years in media sales, brand partnerships, marketplace sales, or a comparable revenue-carrying role; ideally at a startup or agency that moves fast. A proven closing track record. This isnt your first rodeo. You’re a closer. Numbers dont lie. An entrepreneur.. Take a number, build the plan, execute without being managed. Founder mode: high autonomy, high accountability, low ego. No used car mojo. We partner with our clients, and stay for the long haul. You’re clients know you, on the golf course, in their text messages, out at events. You’re a people person, because people buy from people they like. You understand the creator economy and see where the puck is going. Attention and trust are the two last remaining moats. You get that. You’re not ChatGPT’ing your emails. You build tools and workflows that make prospecting and pipeline run like a team of 100, not 10. What’s on the table... $100K+ plus uncapped commission on closed deals; your ceiling is what you close. Expectations should be 2-4x target comp. Meaningful equity upside, because we make owners.
