Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Modesto, California. The facility is designed to foster a collaborative atmosphere among healthcare professionals, featuring modern equipment and treatment spaces conducive to delivering high-quality physical therapy. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and fulfill the unique goals and needs of each patient to create tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a consistent patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and personalized care.
• Utilize prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care to develop evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Deliver economical and innovative treatments aimed at enhancing patient mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Craft individualized care plans employing diverse treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise therapy.
• Design and implement customized fitness and wellness programs that are adaptable to the specific requirements of each patient.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, evaluating treatment outcomes and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Maintain clear and open communication with patients to motivate and encourage them throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle through strength training, flexibility exercises, balance, and coordination improvement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and services provided accurately to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with a strong foundation in orthopedic principles.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in California with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to facilitate efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to deliver cost-effective, patient-centered treatments.
• Involvement in collaborative therapeutic practices with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 125,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
