Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients, gathering information about their medical history, functional limitations, and personal rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement individualized plans of care tailored to meet each patient's specific needs and challenges.
• Guide patients through the treatment process by educating them about their conditions and the proposed care plans to ensure alignment and commitment.
• Utilize various treatment methods including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education to enhance patient recovery.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on clinical observations.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and treatment sessions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will be working with clients who often have specific rehabilitation goals, such as returning to work or resuming recreational activities. Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A clean disciplinary record with no board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
