Work Environment

This role is based onsite in our modern outpatient office located in Modesto, California. Operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, our practice fosters a collaborative and positive environment where the focus is on the patients' progress. You will have the autonomy to develop comprehensive care plans while working closely with like-minded professionals who share a passion for enhancing patients' health and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and address the goals and needs of each patient through regular evaluations and personalized consultations.
• Conduct treatments with a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring quality time for each case.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to enhance patient mobility, strength, and overall wellness.
• Develop individualized care plans incorporating diverse treatment modalities suited to each patient's unique situation.
• Promote non-pharmacological treatment alternatives and endorse fitness programs tailored to improve patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously, complying with EMR standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and foster inter-professional relationships.
• Motivate and guide patients through their treatments, instilling confidence and encouraging a proactive approach to health.
• Evaluate treatment progress consistently and adjust care plans as necessary based on patient feedback and outcomes.
• Advocate for a holistic lifestyle approach aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program is required.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients and being an effective team player.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
